Preliminary exploration sketches of the airframe, engines and cockpit setup. I had originally explored a twin-boom design with an engine on each boom (similar to the revered P-38 Lightning from WWII) but ultimately decided that a teardrop cockpit to single tail setup was more streamlined and fit the design brief I had set for myself.
